Back after a year!

I am back to blogging after more than a year! In the last 12 months nothing much has happened. The markets went up and down and the returns in the last 12 months would be close to 0. Things are interesting poised now. Martkets seem to be in turmoil but the case is not so. It is doing NOTHING over a period. Such times, in hindsight, may be great times to invest. Interest Rates high, fuel costs are high, real estate is still high and even US markets are high. This situation cannot last too long. Somethings got to give. Which way it will turn is the interesting part. I would hazard a guess that it move upwards from here. So open your purse strings and buy. Buy all those stocks which are beaten down (like banks).

When the indices start moving there will be huge moves and not just 100-200 points in the Nifty. We could see the Nifty closer to 7000 in the next 12-18 months , rather than 5000!
